Eagle Pines - This community is located off 67 North. Turn left on Research and then left on Mountain Meadows. IDues are $200/year. It is a covenanted community. No fences allowed in this community. Swingsets allowed if of the wooden nature. UTILITIES: City water/sewer.

Evergreen Heights - Located off 67 North. Turn left on Evergreen Heights Drive going towards Meadow Wood Sports Complex. This is the nearest subdivision to Meadow Wood and easily within walking distance. There are covenants, but no active HOA in all filings except #4. There are five houses in Filing #4 located on Evergreen Heights Drive that have mandatory dues of $100/year for snow removal of the main road. UTILITIES: City water/sewer.

Fairway Pines - This community is located off 67 North in the same area as Eagle Pines, but this community sits on the golf course. It is a covenanted community. They do allow fencing like split rail. UTILITIES: City water/sewer.

Reserve at Tamarac - This community is located on 67 North near the golf course a little farther North from Sunnywood. It's also close to the 24-hour gym and walking/biking trail.

Westwood Lakes - This community is located off 24 West as you're heading out of Woodland Park towards Divide. It is right across from the new Pikes Peak Regional Medical Center. Most of the properties here have a more rural feel which bigger lots. Dues are  $25/year. WATER: Association/District (719-687-9790). Properties are on septic tanks.
